The STORBEX company plans to buy Water Cay island. In the first phase we plan to build 70 front beach villas, which will be near the beach and in a row side by side. The first 70 villas should consist of about 5 - 7 different variants villas. Other phases of construction are in preparation. Our intention is the subsequent rental of these villas through partner real estate agencies.

WATER CAY PRIVATE ISLAND

Water Cay is just a ten minute boat ride from Leeward Channel Marina, which is 15 minute car ride from Provo International Airport. Water Cay's frontage can be regarded as an extension of the main island's premier beach on the northeastern point of Leeward, with the added exclusivity of a private island lifestyle.

3 different situations can occur. Each situation has different parameters.

1. SITUATION - THE PROJECT IS BEING PREPARED

It is not clear at this time whether 100% of the tokens will be sold, ie whether the project will start or end due to failure to reach 100% of the capital. The advantage of the token holder in this situation is the appreciation of 2% per month for each month of token holding.

2. SITUATION - THE PROJECT IS COMPLETED

In this situation, the project is completed and the token holder receives the above benefits. The digital Water Cay tokens can be converted into a classic share of the company that owns the project, ie all real estate.

In this situation, sales of 100% tokens were not achieved. The project cannot be funded and is terminated for these reasons.
